Head of Private Client

We are currently looking for a Head of Department within the Private Client team. The team is a young, dynamic and driven team of Solicitors looking for its next leader. The type of work you will be experienced in handling will include Wills, Probate, COP, Elderly Probate and Estate Planning. You will inherit a high quality caseload as well as supporting the team with more complex and technical queries that may arise. You will be confident in guiding a team and delegating tasks to support staff. The progression that comes with this opportunity is a direct pathway to Salaried Partner and beyond to Equity Partner. Currently within the firm there are 2 Equity Partners and 4 Salaried Partners. The salary would be dependent upon experience. Hybrid working is supported at this firm.
