This encompasses setting and adjusting bottle filling, capping, and printing machines, as well as conducting meticulous attention to detail and quality inspections of componentry throughout the production process. Additional responsibilities are detailed in the key responsibilities below. Key tasks: Maintenance/repair activities coupled with fault finding inspection and component replacement plus electrical. Parts replacement/fault finding and repair. Perform setting and tooling changes for bottle filling equipment, electrical installations, PLC monitoring, and repairs. Adjust and maintain bottle filling, capping, and printing machines, including quality inspections. Connect flow boxes to filling lines, conduct sanitisation, and handle product variant changes. Complete tooling changeovers as needed Conduct maintenance, repairs, and parts inspections based on production demands. Sanitize and wash production equipment on a scheduled basis. Regularly transport buckets (Approx 15kg) to and from filling lines for waste disposal Support production in meeting filling plans and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Manage workload, conflicting priorities, and deadlines effectively. Required profile: Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar industry or discipline. Valid driver's license. Availability to work on a shift pattern. Powered pallet truck license. Honest, reliable, and hardworking with a friendly nature. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Team player with excellent communication skills. Proactive in making changes quickly and taking responsibility for actions. Proficient in manual handling and competent in using various hand tools.
