Corporate M&A Solicitor – 4+ PQE (FTC) Location: London (Hybrid working available around transactional needs) Contract: Fixed-Term Contract, 3-6 months Our client, an elite international law firm, is looking for a Corporate M&A Solicitor to join their busy transactional team in London on a 3-6 month fixed-term contract. Work with an elite international law firm recognised in Chambers and Legal 500 for their excellence in Corporate and M&A work. Draft and review key corporate documents, ensuring compliance with English M&A processes. Be a trusted advisor to clients, helping navigate challenging corporate matters. Available to start ASAP due to the urgent nature of the role. Strong knowledge of English M&A processes and expertise in drafting corporate documentation including closings. Foreign-qualified lawyers (common law jurisdiction) are welcome to apply if they are already in London, provided they have 1+ years of experience working in London in a busy transaction team.
