Office Angels are working with an innovative and dynamic Doncaster based business who are seeking a Personal Assistant. Role: Personal Assistant Salary: Up to £32,000pa plus bonus, 25 days holiday + bank holidays Location: Doncaster with free parking Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm | 40 hours per week Duties: Organise travel, accommodation and hospitality requirements Schedule meetings and manage diaries Attend, note take and prepare presentations for meetings Support with social media including filming, creating and uploading content Partake in travel alongside the Director, both in the UK and internationally Involvement in ad hoc projects Previous experience: Previous experience in a PA / Senior Admin role within an office environment would be beneficial The ability to juggle a varied workload and work well under pressure Good organisational skills with an eye for detail A strong communicator who is able to liaise with all levels of the businessNext steps: Apply today or for further support contact Jess - (url removed) Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
