Manage the project management process for a block and to be the site team leader to achieve a quality project on time and to cost, with zero harm to people or the environment. We are currently at the Groundworks/piling stage of the job so you will oversee from this point to handover. The built will consist of Residential, Office Space, Laboratories and Shell and Core retail space. The Project: The £60m major mixed-use scheme will provide 91 private apartments and 30 affordable and shared ownership apartments within two blocks rising to 11-storeys, which sit over the new commercial space and parking provision on the lower ground floors. Located in the heart of Kings Cross, sandwiched between the Regents Canal, St Pancras Hospital and will providing 30,000sqft of new purpose built co-working office space, alongside 121 new homes. Main Responsibilities: Client Reporting Manage Design and Consultants Lead health and safety and sustainability Co-ordinate M&E Services Manage cost Control Manage Programme and site progress Coordinate and lead sub-contractor packages Manage and organise Ardmore direct labour Contribute to the procurement process for subcontractors Oversee the call-off of materials Manage compliance with Building Control and NHBC Key Areas of Responsibility: Commercial Design Quality Health and Safety Environmental We’re Looking For: NVQ Level 7 in Construction/Construction Degree or MSc in Construction Management / Project Management.
