Job Overview: The Senior Graphic Designer, based in the UK, will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions with a focus on innovation and creativity. The ideal candidate will have strong agency experience and be proficient in using AI tools to enhance workflow and design output. This role requires managing multiple projects while ensuring that all design work aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities: ? Create visually engaging designs for various media (print, web, social, etc.). ? Lead the development of concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations and company branding. ? Manage multiple design projects from conception to completion. ? Utilize AI tools to enhance design workflow and improve efficiency and creativity. ? Ensure consistency in design and uphold brand integrity across all outputs. ? Mentor and guide junior designers in creative processes. ? Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, particularly AI-driven design tools, to enhance creative quality. Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. ? 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating agency experience and the use of AI tools. ? Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). ? Experience in utilizing AI tools to enhance creativity and workflow. ? Strong creative, organizational, and time-management skills. ? Experience in the UAE market is a plus. ? Based in the UK. ? Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
