Service Advisor - Main Dealer - Pontypridd - £25,000 to £28,000 + Overtime + Bonus Alecto Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a prestigious main dealer in Pontypridd. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The Role: Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 + overtime + bonus Bonus Structure: Advisors earn 5% of all work they upsell over the month, providing a significant earning potential. Hours: Monday to Friday on a rota: Week 1: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Week 2: 8:00 am to 6:00 pmKey Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service both in person and over the phone. Book in vehicles for servicing, repairs, and MOTs, managing the schedule efficiently. Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's status, including any additional work required, ensuring all upselling opportunities are maximised. Liaise with the workshop team to keep customers updated and ensure repairs and services are completed on time. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, aiming for a swift resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service histories.Requirements: Previous experience in a similar Service Advisor role within the automotive industry. Excellent communication skills and the ability to upsell services and repairs. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
