What You’ll Be Doing:
- Streamline operations and ensure the smooth running of daily business functions, managing everything from HR admin to office and tech management
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to deliver real results, ensuring all projects and initiatives stay on track
- Maintain compliance, manage meeting schedules, and follow up on actions to keep the business running efficiently
- Drive internal initiatives to support employee engagement, retention, and performance, promoting the company’s wider objectives
- Oversee market research and reporting to inform business decisions and strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in business management, operational roles, or HR/recruitment functions, with a strong focus on delivering results
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and problem-solve on the go
- High emotional intelligence with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded, with an eye for identifying efficiencies and opportunities for growth
- Experience within the tech sector or familiarity with Microsoft solutions is a bonus, but a desire to learn and grow is essential
