Event Coordinator

Events Coordinator, Marketing Agency, Permanent, £30k - 35k annum

Our client, a marketing agency in London, is seeking a Events Coordinator to join their team. This role is a unique blend of project management and event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the agency director and creative teams for project management
• Ensure timely delivery of projects to high standards
• Plan and execute clients events
• Manage event logistics and quest experiences seamlessly
• Maintain strong relationships with clients as the primary contact
• Assist in new business pitches with research and proposal development
• Create timelines and contribute to proposals documents
• Provide operational and administrative support for the agency
• Manage diaries and inboxes for effective scheduling
• Coordinate and book meetings as required
• Organise internal team events, welfare initiatives and facilitate team social events
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Identify potential issues and provide solutions proactively
• Collaborate with team members to enhance project workflows
• Gather feedback from clients post event for continuous improvement
• Support the agency’s overall operations to ensure efficiency

Requirements

• A degree in relevant field (Marketing, Events Management, Business, etc)
• Experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, G-Suite, Hubspot)
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Natural problem-solving abilities, a positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
