Their collaboration with fellow professionals has created a cross fertilisation of referred work and has elevated them as the delivery partner of choice.Our client has some key relationships with large housing association and local councils which has led to relationships that continue to offer excellent opportunities for employees to work on high-class projects and this opportunity is no different.About the roleBased in the cost management team, as an employer's agent you will be main duty will be managing the cost of projects, from initial design stage through to delivery and even sometimes the reactive maintenance required once the project is up and running. The projects will mainly be residential focused with clients including large housing associations and local authorities however there may be some exposure to life sciences and higher education.
