Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Associates and Partners on transactions.
- Manage various elements of deals including investments, M&A, and JV work.
- Handle work across the corporate team, covering private company M&A, investments, joint ventures, board advice, partnerships, advisory, and restructuring work.
- Support senior fee earners on key transactional documents – SPA, investment agreements, JVA’s.
- Manage funding rounds, including negotiating areas such as share vesting and leaver provisions.
- Draft and negotiate shareholders’ agreements.
- Conduct corporate reorganisations and restructures.
Skills and Experience:
- High level of technical knowledge in corporate law, especially M&A and investments.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Capability to apply knowledge and experience to a broad range of transactions and clients.
Person Specification:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Enthusiastic team player.
- Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload.
