Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor Exeter £45,000-£60,000 + Car Allowance Sphere Solutions are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor, ideally from a Groundworks/civils background to join a very successful Civils /Groundworks Contractor covering sites across Devon and slightly into Cornwall. You will join an experienced commercial team, reporting to the Head of Commercial. Working with an extensive client based; predominantly house builders large and small. This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified Quantity Surveyor to join a forward -thinking team of like- minded professionals. * The role will involve managing sub-contractors to maximise costs, as well as assisting with ongoing estimating duties. * Commercial / financial management, valuations, reconciliations, and final accounts. * You will be required to report to the head office and travel to site. The successful applicant should ideally be qualified to degree level or similar and have extensive experience within the construction industry, preferably within a groundworks or civil engineering background.
