This job will be working specifically with the Year 6 class teacher, helping them with activities and the general running of the class. This BS15 school is located along a public bus route and has a car park on site. Your new roleYour role as a Year 6 Teaching Assistant will require you to have good planning skills alongside numeracy and literacy skills as these are of the utmost importance for children's learning development. This role includes setting up activities, taking out small groups for intervention type activities, e.g. maths and english and, when in the classroom, being on hand to answer questions and help the children where needed.
