About the role: Be able to bring a strong background in classroom settings to effectively engage and inspire students. Demonstrate effective planning skills that cater to the diverse needs of all learners. Utilize excellent classroom management abilities to create a positive and focused learning atmosphere. Contribute to the development of critical thinking and communication skills in students, preparing them for their futures Foster strong connections with students through a positive and proactive approach. The ideal candidate must: Have the right to work within the UK Bring hands-on experience from a classroom setting to effectively engage students. DBS registered on the update system or willing to purchase one Be comfortable and adaptable working in different environments Possess a strong understanding of English Literature to enrich student learning. Exhibit strong classroom management abilities to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
