As both businesses continue their growth journeys, we are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our commitment to creating an inclusive, high-performing and values-driven company – powered by our people strategy. This is a broad role in an exciting environment which will give the right person a chance to mould and drive a young business. Reporting into the CEO & Founder of Responsible Marketing Agency, this is a standalone opportunity where you will be tasked with truly business partnering across the group which involves: aligning with key stakeholders on the people strategy, fully managing the entire employee lifecycle and reviewing all benefits and bonuses, through to supporting the Director of Talent on hiring processes and managing culture-focussed projects.
If you are a HR leader with experience shaping culture and HR processes and want to work within an environment that values creativity, innovation and collaboration – this is the role for you!
Partner with the leadership team to shape and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with business goals
Rollout and oversee all people operations, including policies, compliance procedures covering UK and International employment law, employee relations and learning and development, ensuring a fair and equitable workplace

Design and implement culture and inclusion-first initiatives, ensuring all employees feel valued
Work with external partners to run monthly payroll and expenses, ensuring all information is up to date and captured within the relevant databases
Act as a spokesperson for the company, engaging with external networks, events, and conferences to promote the group
Proven experience within a People & Culture or HR role, ideally within a start-up or high-growth environment, with a strong understanding of HR policies, employment law and compliance
Strong track record of developing and executing successful employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
Experience in leadership development, coaching, and creating high-performing teams
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
A data-driven mindset with experience using people analytics to inform strategy and decision-making
A positive proactive mindset, someone who can drive forward their people agenda within a flexible workforce
We're all about our business and our client’s businesses reflecting the world around us, which means we embrace diversity and inclusion and promote equity and belonging. We want everyone to feel valued and respected regardless of their race, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other characteristics.
