Key Responsibilities: • Support the delivery of the Early Years Statutory Framework, ensuring the needs and interests of the children are met. • Record and maintain accurate learning journeys for the children and share these with parents/carers. • Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of the children’s development. • Act as a key person for a small group of children, supporting their daily needs. • Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the nursery setting.
