MRG is delighted to be working with one of our key clients in financial services in Glasgow, who is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing marketing function. As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in devising, implementing, and reporting on effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns Optimise website performance for conversions and engagement Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies Track and analyse campaign performance to deliver measurable results Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with 2+ years in management Proven track record of successful campaign management Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Paid Search & Media, and content marketing Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills Desirable Skills: Experience in e-commerce or website development Email marketing experience Google certifications Experience with CRM systems and Marketing Automation Salary for this position is up to a base of £55,000 with an excellent package, with flexible hybrid working options on offer.
