Head of Finance - PE Backed Energy Business We are seeking a dynamic Head of Finance to join a fast growing energy business with ambitious expansion plans. As the new Head of Finance, you will oversee all financial operations for the UK division, while building a collaborative relationship with the Group business. This highly visible role demands a hands on approach to developing the UK finance function. You will drive financial strategy and provide the accurate, commercial analysis required to support the company’s growth trajectory. You'll be pivotal in shaping the business's financial performance. Are you ready to lead the finance function in a fast paced, rapidly expanding and innovative business? Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified finance professional. Experience: Proven leadership in finance within a similar asset-heavy, fast-paced industry (energy, infrastructure, facilities, manufacturing, etc.). Technical Skills: Strong financial acumen and hands on experience in daily financial operations. Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing finance teams.
