The division is experiencing significant growth and concept development, further enhancing its market position within the broader international ISS community.Job DescriptionISS Healthcare is now seeking to appoint a Project Manager for our contract at Prospect Park Hospital in Reading.In this role, you will be responsible for managing all processes—both existing and newly developed—and ensuring that all works are delivered according to best practices and industry standards.With your focus on lifecycle management, variations and small works capital projects, ensuring that these are executed to the highest standards.You will be instrumental in building long-term strategic relationships with key business stakeholders, optimising processes, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.So, if you are a proactive and strategic thinker with a passion for excellence, we invite you to join our team and contribute to the continued success and growth of ISS Healthcare.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure that the project delivery team comply fully with all Health and Safety legislationEnsure that all projects comply with relevant Healthcare Technical MemorandumEnsure that relevant Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work are in place and availableEnsure that the Project Delivery Team complies with ISS Policies in respect of Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and competencyEnsure Life Cycle planned expenditure is kept up to date and produce a Yearly Forecast; monthly for the KAMMaintain effective lines of communication with the Hard FM Manager, Estates Compliance Manager, Hard FM Team Leaders and client Project Manager PlanningProfessional and Personal Competencies/QualificationsDemonstrable Project Management experience (preferably in Facilities Management) of delivering lifecycle, variations and small works Capital Projects.Experience in Healthcare Technical Memoranda (HTM) - preferredQualification in CDM RegulationsKnowledge of financial procedures e.g. preparing KPI, WOR reportsGood experience in commercially aggressive environment - managing multiple stakeholdersGood verbal & written communication skillsAbility to interpret complex information in order to interrogate dataGood user of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word & Excel and ProjectExcellent organisational skillsGood levels of numeracy with an ability to understand and assist with budgetsThe CompanyISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
