The Role: As a Senior Creative Team (Copywriter/Art Director), you will be pivotal in crafting big, platform-driven ideas that resonate on a global scale. Reporting into the Executive Creative Director (ECD), you will lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns across TV, digital, social, and experiential platforms. This is an integrated role where you will take ownership from concept to delivery, ensuring creative excellence at every stage. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute high-level creative concepts for global, multi-channel campaigns. Collaborate with strategy, production, and client services teams to align campaigns with brand objectives. Work closely with the ECD to elevate ideas and uphold creative standards. Bring big, campaign ideas that work across multiple platforms and touchpoints. Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained. Inspire and mentor junior creatives, fostering a culture of creative excellence. Present creative work to senior stakeholders and clients with confidence and clarity. About You: Proven experience as a Senior Creative Team (Copywriter/Art Director) in an integrated or digital agency. Strong portfolio showcasing big ideas that have been executed across various channels. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience working on global brands or large-scale campaigns. Strategic, platform-based thinkers with a passion for storytelling and creativity. Collaborative, with the ability to receive and implement constructive feedback effectively.
