About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you'll take the lead on transformative office fit-out projects, including high-profile CAT-A and CAT-B developments that redefine iconic London landmarks. This role offers substantial internal support and the opportunity to work on projects that shape the city's landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage high-impact office fit-out projects.
- Oversee the delivery of CAT-A and CAT-B fit-out projects from inception through completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a consultancy Project Manager.
- RICS accredited degree.
- Experience with JCT contract administration.
- Proven track record in managing construction fit-out projects.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects across their entire lifecycle.
