Marine Operations Manager Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our bespoke freight and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the marine or shipping industry, with expertise in yacht transport, out-of-gauge cargo, project cargo, and break bulk. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our bespoke freight and shipping logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient cargo movements. Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to maximize their potential. Manage customer relations and foster strong partnerships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize processes and drive business growth. Stay commercially astute, identifying opportunities for revenue generation and cost savings within the operations.
