The role

The Global Head of Brand & Content is responsible for the development of Antler's content and brand strategy. This role delivers brand and message consistency through compelling and narrative-based content, created in the service of Antler's core goal: attracting top founders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve Antler's editorial vision and global content strategy and manage the firm's visual identity and brand and ensure its consistent application across new and existing channels, including:
    • Website content and look & feel
    • Global and regional events
    • Antler publications
    • Flagship video and digital assets
    • Global sponsorships
  • Develop a compelling content architecture and hierarchy and develop an annual content calendar to cover the firm's activities, both in its global presence and across our markets
  • Manage and work with members of the Antler global marketing team, external writers, contributors, and agencies to articulate Antler's story, message and brand and maximise the reach of Antler's content
  • Lead and evolve the firm's visual identity to ensure brand cohesion, including leading the creation of creative and video assets, building Antler's brand architecture, overseeing the firm's global libraries, and managing / maximizing the value of our creative agency relationships
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops on the performance of Content campaigns, and expand, adapt or discontinue them in order to best attract top founders to the firm
  • Collaborate with the Head of PR to create content that can be integrated into overarching narrative threads to attract and engage contributors from within Antler and externally to deliver rich and diverse perspectives, insights, and context to our key stakeholders
  • Identify and manage agencies and outsource provides related to Content development and ensure they perform on time and on budget

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience.
  • Strong content and brand background with experience in early stage companies in highly competitive environments.
  • Experience in building companies' visual identity and strategy from scratch.
  • Experience in content management, ensuring its consistent application across new and existing channels.
  • Demonstrated evidence of success delivering previous Brand and Content strategies
