Lutine Bell are delighted to support a very well established Wealth and Investments Management Platform provider, looking for a senior solicitor to join their tight-knit team based in the City of London. This firm have been highly acquisitive over the past years, offering a great opportunity to join them during a crucial growth phase and contribute to their ambitions.
They are looking for a senior lawyer of at least 5 years PQE to join their relatively small team in London and take ownership of their Commercial Contracts across all areas of the business and manage two members of the team. The role will provide general advice and support to the business both on a project (Change Management) and BAU basis.
About you
- Strong Commercial Contracts experience within an FCA-regulated firm, ideally including a Wealth Platform but all Financial Services backgrounds are welcome.
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
- Prior team management is highly preferred.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable with senior stakeholder management.
About the role
- Reviewing, drafting and neogtiating commercial agreements and advising on legal risks and regulatory considerations.
- Experience with third-party supplier agreements including IT, Data, Outsourcing, HR and Marketing.
- Close regular liaison with Risk and Compliance.
- Legal advice and suppor tot the business on risk management associated with data protection, cyber security and Operational Resilience.
