NavCom Field Engineer

Our client, a leading provider of Satellite Communications and IT-managed solutions is hiring for a NavCom Field Engineer. They have over 50 years of experience in the Government and Maritime sectors and offer a range of services including broadband VSAT, navigation, and GMDSS systems, enabling their clients to communicate globally at sea, on land, and in the air. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct VDR-APTs and radio surveys * Install, repair, and maintain GMDSS and navigational equipment * Install, repair, and maintain VSAT satellite broadband systems * Support retrofit projects, including bridge installs and system integrations Key Skills & Qualifications: * HNC/ONC/NVQ or equivalent in Engineering/IT * 3+ years of experience in a similar role * Knowledge of electronic/electrical engineering * Valid driving licence and passport * GMDSS Radio Operator/Maintainer License (preferred) Benefits: * Competitive salary and performance-based annual bonus * 25 holiday days + bank holidays * Pension scheme matched up to 7.5% * Opportunities for ongoing training and skills growth If you are passionate about engineering and ready for your next challenge, apply now to join our dynamic team.
