In this role, you will be tasked with undertaking building surveys, providing technical advice on building maintenance, preparing budgets, specifications and tender documents and commissioning professionals to carry out work on behalf of the company.
The ideal candidate will be a Building Surveyor with experience of dilapidations, tenders and/or specifications.
This is a brilliant role for a Building Surveyor to work with a public sector organisation that puts a real emphasis on all their staff's development and happiness.
The Role:
- Undertaking building surveys
- Offering technical insights & advice on the maintenance of buildings
- Preparing budgets, specifications and tender documents
- Commissioning professionals & contractors to carry out work on behalf of the employer
- Monday - Friday, 38.75 Hours/week
The Person:
- Experienced Building Surveyor
- Experience of Dilapidations
- Knowledge and understanding of tenders & specifications
