Science Teacher Location: Sheffield Salary: £150 - £220 per day Start Date: Immediately Contract Type: Full-time Are you an enthusiastic Science Teacher eager to ignite curiosity and inspire the next generation of thinkers? GSL Education are looking for a passionate Science Teacher to join our client schools in Sheffield. In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver dynamic and engaging Science lessons, create lesson plans that follow the curriculum, and support students in reaching their academic goals. As a Science Teacher, you will also provide one-to-one or small group assistance, ensuring students get the best support in their learning journey. Science Teacher Responsibilities: Teach Science to students across various key stages. Develop and implement engaging Science lessons that follow the curriculum. Create a structured Science syllabus to meet student needs and inspire their interest. Provide one-to-one and small group academic support to help students achieve their best. Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback for continued improvement. Collaborate with other educators to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Inspire students to develop a passion for Science and exploration. Job Requirements for a Science Teacher: QTS or relevant such as, PGCE or ECT qualifications are required. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field. Strong knowledge of the Science curriculum and experience teaching across various key stages. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students. A commitment to providing high-quality education and supporting student success.
