The Role: Support students with special educational needs (SEN), tailoring support methods to meet diverse needs Work collaboratively with teaching staff to effectively support students Monitor student progress, supporting them to reach targets Demonstrate effective behaviour management skills Support with creating a positive and inclusive environment for all students The Ideal Candidate will have: A Relevant qualification or degree (desirable) Experience of working with children with special educational needs (SEN) A commitment to contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment An enhanced DBS and two references are a requirement for this role LTF Recruitment specialise in long term- permanent roles in education settings.
