The successful candidate will participate in all phases of design, development, and deployment in ServiceNow, ensuring high-quality solutions that align with ITIL processes and customer requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutionsAct as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow implementations, guiding and mentoring team membersDefine, implement, and maintain best practices for ServiceNow developmentReview and monitor team activities, ensuring adherence to standards and qualityConduct trainings on ServiceNow modules and processesPerform due diligence on customer tools, processes, and projects, documenting findings and recommendationsEnsure seamless integration with core ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and moreDesign and modify workflows, create custom applications, and develop reports and dashboardsConduct complex data migration and ensure accurate foundation data management and data modelingManage LDAP integration and create templates for foundation data and CMDBTechnical Skills:Strong experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Glide scripting, Glide Records, etc.)Expertise in creating custom related lists, Access Control Lists, and script-based UI policiesProficient in rendering forms, lists, UI pages, and working with JellyExperience with Web Service Integration, LDAP, and importing data from external sourcesAbility to design macros, formatters, and work with complex log filesExperience with ServiceNow integrations, including external tools, applications, and systemsRequired Certifications:ServiceNow Implementation Specialist CertificationServiceNow Admin Certification
