Role Overview: As the Associate Director of Treasury Recruitment you will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing service line. Your primary objective will be to re-establish treasury back into a profitable service line. This is an extremely warm desk with client and candidate relationships already in place. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of strategies to grow the treasury recruitment division. Cultivate relationships with key clients and candidates in the treasury recruitment sector across multiple industries. Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing high-value recruitment opportunities. Leverage entrepreneurial control to enhance the company’s market presence through innovative outreach strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in financial and accounting recruitment. Experience working on high-value roles is preferred. Strong strategic thinking and entrepreneurial approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
