Job Title: HR Systems & Payroll Manager
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: up to £40K (potential to progress upward)
JGA are partnered with a fantastic organisation seeking a HR Systems, Payroll Manager.
The successful candidate will have good HRIS, HR Data and Payroll knowledge.
This organisation use Resourcelink and Business Objects to create reports. Experience of this is highly desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the Super User for the Resourcelink system.
- Lead on small-scale implementation and enhancement projects.
- Producing training documents on the use of the Resourcelink system.
- Manage and run end to end payroll
- Managing the HR Database for reports, dashboards and integrity.
- Providing MI to stakeholders and senior leadership team.
- Utilizing Business Objects to schedule reports.
- Acting as the main liaison between the outsourced provider and employee payroll queries.
- Signing off on monthly payroll.
- Some benefits administration
Requirements:
- Demonstrable career history in HRIS and HR Data (preferably with Resourcelink experience).
- A proactive approach to reporting and process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills.
