Over the past 5 years, we’ve been pioneering the use of Unreal Engine and Omniverse real-time 3D technology in marketing and advertising. We’re looking for a Producer to join our real-time motion team to lead a fast-growing consumer account. You’ll have an incredible opportunity to work at a studio that covers motion graphics, VFX, packaging design, 3D modelling, content production and R&D. We’re looking for a pioneer who shares our mission to become the next-generation production studio. Scope projects, creating budgets and timelines with the help of department heads. Oversee and manage project schedules, ensuring delivery deadlines and budgetary goals are met. Be comfortable managing teams of VFX artists and creatives, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of creative vision. Plan and allocate resources effectively, balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Track progress, troubleshoot issues, and resolve challenges, maintaining workflow efficiency and production quality. Maintain project documentation, ensuring all deliverables are tracked, reviewed, and approved according to specifications. Monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented without compromising on quality. Foster a positive team environment, supporting team morale, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard.
