Multi Trade Operative

I'm looking for a Multi Trade Operative in the Ealing area to work in a permanent position with a large social housing contractor. This job will be working on void properties undertaking repairs and maintenance.

The Multi Trade Operative will need:

• Experience working in social housing properties
• Experience in painting and decorating, carpentry, plumbing and cleaning
• A full UK driving license

The Multi Trade Operative will receive:

• A company van and fuel card
• Perks and rewards
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

The Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for:

• Reactive repairs
• All aspects of plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating
