Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our clients team on a 6 month FTC. This role is crucial in supporting our clients finance and customer service departments, with a primary focus on administrative tasks related to order processing, customer inquiries, and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, basic proficiency in math and English, and a proactive approach to their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process purchase orders (POs) from distributors and ensure all relevant documentation is complete.
- Maintain and update records related to orders, customer communications, and legal documents (import/export).
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Assist customers with order tracking, PO numbers, and other service-related issues.
- Support the finance team with accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Regularly update internal databases with customer and order information.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams, distributors, and customers.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic proficiency in math and English.
- Experience in customer service and/or accounts receivable (AR) is preferred.
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Proactive, accountable, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
