Property Director

My client, a PE backed multi-site leisure business is looking for an immediately available Property Director for an interim to permanent role.

The business is growing and looking to expand in Europe, your role will be leading a small team to deal with everything to do with the growth of the businesses physical infrastructure/sites.

In order to be successful in this role you will have experience of being a Property Director in a growing multi-site leisure or retail business with ideally experience of site management in Europe.

The salary is in the region of £90k-£120k plus company bonus along with individual bonuses linked to site openings.
