Position Details: Role: KS4 SEMH Teaching Assistant Location: Hackney, London Start Date: Immediate Key Responsibilities: Support students in KS4 with SEMH needs both in and out of the classroom. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies. Provide one-to-one and small group support to help students achieve their academic and personal goals. Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes social and emotional well-being. Requirements: Experience working with young people with SEMH needs is desirable. A genuine passion for supporting the educational and emotional development of students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
