Organisation Design Specialist

Organisation Design Specialist is being required to work with a Law Firm as part of their group wide transformation programme.As the Organizational Design Specialist, you will provide SME and advice on current operating models, by defining and redesigning organisational structures, ways of working, skills & capabilities and so forth.This is an initial 3 x month contract outside of IR35 , with 2-3 days on site in Central London.The Organisational Design Consultant will:Provide organisation design expertise and coaching to senior stakeholders Advise on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the organisation, leadership & teams.Apply specialist knowledge on organisation design methodology Have experience in implementing organisational change including; retention and redundancy processesSend your CV now to be considered - This is an urgent contract looking to start ASAP
