Field Inspector

Location: London, UK Salary: £214 PAYE Basic or £260 per day UMBRELLA Duration: 26 Weeks ContractJob Overview: Managing the build activity ensuring this is carried out in accordance with client policies and processes, H&S, agreed routes, client specifications, and to the NRSWA and Code of Practice for co-ordination of Street Works. Using expertise and tenacity to overcome challenges, minimalising impact to delivery and or cost from completion to handover. Responsibilities:Use key measures of success are to drive installation and quality right first time and in accordance with the building owners and design specificationsEnsuring all reporting of build types are captured accurately and fed back to the programmeSupport the design partner including external and internal design overview including any associated site visits. Identification of potential SED's and physical challenges including any potential traffic management requirements, footpath, and carriageway restrictions.Experience NeededStrong management ability, communication & negotiation skillsHighly self-motivated with the ability to work alone and within a team structure.Computer literate - good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and teams
