Collaborate with industry leaders and contribute to life-changing medical advancements.Role Overview:Manage all supply chain and logistical operations at the Hertfordshire manufacturing centre and off-site locations, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and efficient material handling.Key Responsibilities:Oversee supply chain and logistics providers, ensuring service levels are met.Implement and maintain GMP compliant warehouse management systems.Develop and manage efficient inventory processes between on-site and off-site facilities.Ensure timely and compliant supply, storage, and shipment of materials.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize supply chain processes.Maintain traceability and documentation in line with regulatory standards.Lead and train the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Manage the supply chain budget and address any discrepancies promptly.Qualifications & Experience Needed:Proven experience in GMP biopharmaceutical supply chain and warehouse management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and communication abilities.Commitment to maintaining high standards and continuous personal development.
