As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the overall goals of MLA and the GEDU Group.Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.Campaign Management:Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote MLA's products and services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign implementation.Digital Marketing:Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.Brand Development:Contribute to the development and maintenance of the MLA brand within the GEDU Group.Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing collateral.Event Coordination:Plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and product launches in Greenford and other relevant locations.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize event success.Budget Management:Develop and manage marketing budgets efficiently.Monitor expenses and ensure resources are allocated effectively.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Proven experience as a Marketing Manager.Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational and project management skills.
