We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of all marketing initiatives and activities for our London and European-based brands such as Il Gattopardo, Bar des Près by Chef Cyril Lignac, Amazonico, Papaioannou, and upcoming openings.You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and Content Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that promote the brands and drive business growth.This is a multi-faceted role that requires a passion for luxury, food, digital marketing, and the ability to create and capture social media content. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and possesses a working knowledge of marketing. Previous experience in hospitality or with a luxury lifestyle brand is preferred.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Marketing Team in executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote various brands within the portfolio.Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email marketing, and partnerships to increase visibility and drive footfall to the restaurants.Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing collateral and platforms. Ensure brand websites, partner sites, and third-party platforms are up to date with the latest information.Manage the production of seasonal collateral, including cost negotiations, timelines, and approvals from stakeholders before final production and distribution.Utilise digital marketing tools to engage customers, promote offers, and drive online reservations for the restaurants, bar, lounge, and meeting rooms.Oversee social media execution and community management across all brands, aligning with the Content Marketing Manager’s strategy.Coordinate and oversee photo and video shoots to ensure all visual assets align with brand standards, collaborating with content creators when necessary.Support the growth of Instagram and TikTok by managing community engagement and creating original content.Write compelling copy for email marketing campaigns and digital initiatives, or brief external copywriters to ensure brand voice consistency.Conduct regular competitor research and analysis, sharing market insights and trends with the marketing team on a quarterly basis.Shape and implement the local marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and exposure across the portfolio.Establish partnerships with influencers, local businesses, and organisations to expand the brand’s reach and cross-promote offerings.Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty, gather feedback, and address issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to continuously refine marketing strategies and ensure competitiveness.Collaborate closely with other departments (operations, culinary, and finance) to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.Maintain a customer-centric approach, tailoring strategies to meet the preferences and expectations of each establishment’s target audience.Qualifications:Experience in marketing role, preferably in the hospitality or luxury industry, with a passion for and knowledge of the industry.Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.Excellent communication, interpersonal, written, and organisational skills.Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, email marketingAbility to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentKnowledge of the local market and industry trends.
