Job Requirements / Description
We're looking for a Mechanical Estimator to work for our Building Services Subcontractor Client. We've dealt with this company for about 20 years and they are one of the most respected M&E sub-contractors operating in London. Established for 50 years, they look after their staff really well and have professional but friendly feel, and a correspondingly very low staff turnover. Many people we have placed have gone on to take senior positions within the group. This Mechanical Estimator position is with their special works team which covers Mechanical Project work typically between 500K and 5M in value. Projects are mostly Central London based and they have a particularly strong presence in the City and West End of London. This client are involved in Mechanical Building Services Installation Projects on both New Build and refurb Projects in the London Built Environment. They cover all types of buildings with the exception of residential. We're looking for a self-motivated Mechanical Estimator who enjoys being part of a friendly professional team. The position offers substantial prospects of onward development. Ideally we would like to find a Mechanical Estimator with between 2 and 8 years experience since qualification. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Mechanical Building Services Estimator looking to take the next step forwards with their Estimating Career with a mainstream and established Central London Contractor working on the best projects
