Temporary Customer Service Advisor

As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from a UK customer base, handling customer queries and updating information on CRM systems. Client Details Our client is the leading supplier for energy across the North West region. They are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Preston team on a temp to perm basis! Description As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will: Be first point of contact for customers in relation to any queries they have with their account Endeavour to resolve any issues the customer may have Communicate feedback to senior personnel on the customer experience and issues Adhoc duties as and when required Profile To be successful in this role: Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations Flexible from 6am - midnight for rotational shift patterns, i.e. 6 - 12pm, 9 - 5pm, 3pm - 12pm etc Experience within customer service, ideally within telephony roles Able to work in a team setting as well as independently Strong IT skillsPlease note you will need able to pass DBS checks and a Drug & Alcohol test.
