Fabric technician Russell Square, London £33'500 + Training + Overtime + Public sector role + Pension + 40 days holiday! Do you have experience carrying out maintenance tasks within a building? Based in Russell Square this world renowned educational institution have a very unique building and pride themselves on having a great learning and working environment. In this role you will works days based shift, Monday to Friday where you will be tasked with ensuring all Minor repair and maintenance tasks are completed with the building. You will also conduct daily inspections and have fire Marshall responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a background in building/ fabric maintenance, live commutable to Russell Square and is looking for a long term, permanent role.
