CRM Solution Architect

Talent is partnered with a client seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the delivery of complex technical solutions within the secure Defence and Government sectors. This role involves managing and delivering large-scale programmes, ensuring the successful design, integration and handover of technical solutions while overseeing multiple technologies, including infrastructure, network architecture and virtualisation. Take ownership of solution design and delivery, ensuring technical alignment with project goals, timelines and commercial constraints. Collaborate closely with PM's and diverse stakeholders, translating complex technical requirements into strategic project milestones while addressing technical dependencies and pinch points. Support project bids, define technical solutions for large programmes and ensure the smooth transition from design phase through to operational handover. Maintain clear and concise communication with multiple stakeholders, including vendors, ensuring all technical risks are identified, managed, and mitigated. Proven track record in project delivery across multiple technologies, including network, infrastructure and virtualisation. Ability to navigate the complex interplay of technical, commercial, and operational challenges, ensuring successful programme delivery. Strong communication, ability to manage relationships across senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment between project goals and technical execution.
