Marketing Assistant - Temporary Contract Are you an energetic and enthusiastic individual with experience in a retail environment? Our client, a leading retail company, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks and supporting the marketing team with various projects. As a Marketing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the operations team and gain valuable experience in the retail industry. Responsibilities: Raise purchase orders and update finance trackers Manage the VM guidelines, including monthly send-outs Place product orders and manage seasonal wrapping allocations for all stores Update digital screens in-store to ensure accurate and engaging content Work closely with the operations team to manage the distribution of VM material Create codes for promotions and campaigns Assist in creating subcontractor briefsThe ideal candidate will have: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience in raising purchase orders Strong initiative and ability to multitask effectively Exceptional organisational skills to manage high workloads Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilitiesThis is an 8-week temporary contract with a competitive hourly rate starting from £20.87. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, blending remote work with in-office collaboration.
