This Internship is available at our state-of-the-art facility in Tewkesbury facility within our Commercial Aircraft Group, which focuses on the design and testing of our high-spec Servo valve products. We strive to foster a close relationship with our Interns from day one so that they can return to the business where possible as a member of our Graduate Engineering Programme. We are recruiting for a number of internships within the following areas of our business in Tewkesbury, these include: Product Engineering: Resolve complex technical issues throughout the product life cycle. Develop build and test processes during New Product Introduction (NPI). Create production documentation and support operations for quality and cost-effective delivery. Product Development Engineering : Lead new product development from concept to certification. Work on aerospace programs for electrohydraulic servo valves. Access to advanced design technologies and training opportunities. Assembly Systems Engineering (ASE): Support advanced assembly processes, including automation and data analysis. Work on 36 month projects to implement assembly technology solutions. Gain hands-on experience with robotics, programming, and system integration. Quality Engineering: Collaborate across departments to improve products and processes. Conduct failure analyses and implement corrective actions. Engage in a significant site move project, ensuring product quality and compliance. Here are the skills and qualifications that will suit this internship Working towards a relevant bachelors or masters degree in engineering (e.g., Aerospace, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Systems) Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, energetic and self-starter Resourceful Good at self-initiative Flair for practical, hands-on activities as well as analytical and theoretical Creative, problem-solving mentality Willing to embrace and effect change, with an eagerness to make a positive impact Next Steps For your application to be considered please apply with a CV and Cover Letter. You must be available for an assessment center and site tour at our Tewkesbury facility on Monday 25th November 2024. The selection stages include attendance at an assessment centre and a 60-minute Team's interview. All placements are available to penultimate/final year students and the paid internships will start between August and September 2025, for a duration of 12 months.
