We are excited to be recruiting for a Sous Chef based at Royal Academy of Arts. This is an exciting position which offers the opportunity to work with Jose Pizzaro on a regular basis, to work with a great team and the role provides excellent work life balance with the site open from Tuesday - Sunday, from 10am - 6pm daily so we are looking for a Sous Chef to work mainly daytime hours with the exception of a few Friday evenings. We are looking for a Sous Chef who is experienced in cooking tapas and small plates. Key Responsibilities: • To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs • To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers • To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect' every time • To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts • To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and order necessary ingredients What's in it for you?
