In this role, you’ll develop open-source software using Rust and play a key part in designing high-performance Web3 solutions. As a vital member of a small, forward-thinking team, you'll have substantial ownership over technical projects, driving innovation and shaping the future of blockchain scalability with your expertise. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure software using Rust. Play a key role in shaping the architecture of blockchain protocols and distributed systems. Implement automated testing and produce thorough documentation to ensure code quality and reliability. Work closely with fellow engineers to drive innovation and deliver top-tier software solutions. Take full ownership of major technical features, guiding them from concept to production deployment. Skills and Experience Required 5 years of software development experience with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions. Expertise in Rust with hands-on experience in blockchain and Web3 technologies. Proven ability to tackle complex technical challenges and work on open-ended projects. Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and cryptography is a bonus. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a talent for working both independently and as part of a team.
