Plumber Required We are looking for an experienced plumber to work on a planned preventative maintenance programme ensuring it is complete in line with specifications and work packages. The role is initially for 3 months with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. 32 days holiday per year 39 hours per week, 1 in 3 weekends with rest days provided Responsibilities: Routine and non-routine maintenance Fault finding Identification of life-expired equipment Check, repair, and make good faults and life-expired equipment Inspections, water sampling, and risk assessment Mains water supply repairs Ensure all works are carried out to the highest safety standards and to agreed method statements Minimise wastage and continually improve processes Ensure statutory works are carried out on time and that work is compliant This role may include working at height and in all weather conditions.Qualifications: Full driving licence Appropriate trade qualificationExperience: Maximo maintenance system experience or similar package Experience in operating light plantTechnical Competencies: Gas Safe registration card Legionella Control (L8)Role Specific Requirements: Required checks EL1 or EL2 Due to security vetting, candidates must have at least 3 years of continuous residency within the UK.Please note that no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of a person's gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation.
